On the eve of Mahatma Gandhi's assassination, a young conspirator defies Nathuram Godse and risks everything in a desperate attempt to prevent a tragedy that will alter the course of history.

Aakhiri Subha is an award-winning short film, created for Gargi College's Filmmaking Competition, where it received Second Prize. It's a film about two opposing ideologies. It's a film about the time when the father of our nation witnessed dusk for the last time. It's a film about what being stuck to an ideology can do to an individual and to the society in general.
